Consultation for New Flats Opposite Altamar

An Consultation for a new block of flats opposite Altamar has been launched, with deadline for representations on 09/02/2023

This consultation is a pre- application consultation for a block of flats on Site B3, Riverside Wharf, Swansea Waterfront, Swansea, SA1 8AW.

A full consultation will be submitted to Swansea Council Planning department which will provide residents with another opportunity to give representations on this application.

The consultation is for 104 affordable dwellings, and is being run by Esri Planning on behalf of  Coastal Housing Group. 86 parking spaces for residents are included in the current plan and 1/5th of spaces will provide electric charging places.
