Meet Allan
Allan was first elected in 2022 to Uplands, and is heavily involved in the Men's Shed in Victoria Park and is a volunteer for Swansea Minster.
Uplands has a long history of Welsh Liberal Democrat representation, many of the Councillors of which were cabinet members on the Council. Allan and Sandra have a strong record of local volunteering for community groups such as Men's Shed and during the Covid pandemic, and continue to work with residents to report issues in the community.

Sandra was first elected to represent Uplands in 2022 and is a former Deputy Head Teacher in Swansea. Sandra first got involved in the Uplands community volunteering during Covid.
